An underground parking lot was transformed into a street art installation where 12 artists took part. One of them was Argentinean artist Elian Chali and his project “Using Painting for Sculptural Purposes”.
With the use of primary colors, a usual theme in his art, and basic geometry, he creates spaces with simple flat shades of paint. You can see more on his Instagram account.
