“Our organization creates captivating artistic experiences in interesting spaces, that involve the viewer in the creation process. We are interested in 1) Developing artists by offering training in areas involving showcasing artworks, and by offering them long-lasting connections to other artists and venues. We are also interested in 2) Bringing exposure to small businesses who are doing something positive in the world, and 3) Bringing a unique art experience to the viewer by encouraging them to participate in the art. We aim to create moments that challenge all parties involved to think deeper about how important art is to society. Our goal is to partake in the creation of an ‘art language’ that artists, businesses, and every-day people, can enjoy and participate in. We hope that this common ‘language’ will break the barriers that traditional art galleries have formed between artist, venue, and viewer.”
The concept explores the intersection of technology and nature. We now have technology that emulates nature, almost to the point of indistinguishability. Is it possible to recreate the feeling that nature evokes in us using technology? Whatwould a “nature scene” look and feel like using unnatural material? Our aim is to create an immersive environment that participants can interact with, and even contribute to— a reality that explores the essence of nature using the medium of technology, challenging the current way that we view nature. What is this idea of “New Nature”? We invite you, the creative, to help us in exploring this concept.
