Niharika Hukku is renowned for her excellent illustrative skills but now she has transferred her talents from paintings to ceramics. The Sydney-based artist has created beautiful natural scenes from dream-like clouds to swimming fish patterns. Her fine attention to detail is apparent in her creative techniques. Hukku throws each of her vessels and fires it herself, before completing her work with a mix of ceramic glazes.
If Hukku is not using porcelain as her focus art, she is often working on her passions as a water colour painter. Her extensive projects can be viewed on her website or Instagram page, where she uses koi fish and kookaburras as her inspirations among others.
